Conduct of School and Registration Policy

School Fee

The fee covers the cost of the school manual, food & refreshments, transportation & accommodation for retreat.

Payments & Refunds

This registration system only accepts payment via PayNow. Your application will only be considered valid when payment has been made. We will not consider any registrations submitted without payment.

Please note that submitting the registration form and making payment does not automatically confirm your place in the School. Screening of registrants will be performed, and you will be subsequently notified via email. Your account dashboard will also be updated with the confirmation status of your registration.

If, for whatever reason, your application is not accepted for the school, we will refund 100% of your payment.

We will refund 50% of course fee if you withdraw at least 2 weeks before the school commences. There will be no refund if you withdraw within 2 weeks or after the commencement of the school.

Small Groups

Small group ministry is an essential aspect of our schools and all participants are expected to participate fully in the groups. The grouping arrangement will be decided by the school organizers. In line with our belief that healing is relational and flows through the Body of Christ, we seek to ensure that each group consists of a mix of participants across different age groups and gender. Participants who are familiar with one another (eg. family members, friends and cell group members) will be placed in different groups to ensure confidentiality and minimize conflict of interest.

This policy is non-negotiable.

Rooming Arrangement Changes

IMPORTANT: All rooming arrangement changes must be made by 01 Jul 2025, no rooming changes will be entertained after this deadline.

• For change from Twin to Single Room

  Make the relevant selection above, and upon submitting this form, you will be redirected to the payment page to pay the add-on fee for Single Room as stated above.

  IMPORTANT: You MUST make payment for your rooming preference change to be confirmed.

  The system will not save, and we will not accomodate your rooming arrangement change if you do not make payment.

• For change from Single to Twin room

  You may submit a change of arrangement, but

  IMPORTANT: There will be NO REFUND of the add-on fee for Single Room.

We will do our best to give you your room arrangement of choice, subject to availability.
